I am Jodie, I joined the Operations team in August 2022 as the Finance Manager for The Jon Egging Trust.
Prior to this role, I was working for a Community Interest Company in Southwest England, who support disadvantaged young people to realise their potential in the creative sector. I worked there for 13 years, starting out as a Finance Assistant in a small team and spending the final 7 years as the Head of Finance, reporting and claims, overseeing a team of 10. Whilst in this role I completed AAT and Part Qualified ACCA. I hope to bring some of the skills and experience gained over those 13 years to my role at JET.
I am excited to be working for the Jon Egging Trust, it is hugely important to me that I am working for an organisation who are creating social value, I feel passionate about every young person having equal opportunities, so I feel proud to be working for an organisation who are working so hard to reach as many young people to deliver just that – something needed more than ever in the world we live in today.
