Sticky Chicken Rice Bowl

Ingredients:
- 750g Chicken thighs
- 300g Wok noodles
- 480g rice
- 400g Tender stem broccoli
Seasoning:
- 1tsp Chilli powder
- 1tsp Cumin
- 1tsp Paprika
- 1tsp Ginger
- 1tsp Garlic granules
- 1tsp Onion granules
- 1tsp Salt and Pepper
For the sauce
- 1tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
- 1bsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1tbsp Tomato Puree
- 1tbsp Golden syrup/honey
- 100ml Water
For one serving, do 75g noodles, 120g rice, 100g broccoli and use a quarter of the chicken mix.
Method:
1. Slice the chicken, add the seasoning, and give it a good mix together in a bowl before adding to a pan.
2. When the chicken is cooked through, put it to the side and start adding your sauce ingredients to the chicken pan.
3. Give it a good mix together and cook it until nice and thick.
4. Add the chicken back in, coat it and cook it for a further five minutes.
5. Now start on side ingredients, boil off the rice, boil the broccoli and start to cook the noodles.
6. Add a bit of the sauce from the chicken to the noodles and add a bit of soy sauce.
7. Time to serve
