Payment of Fees
By completing the event registration form, the attendee is committing to attend and therefore pay for the applicable amount (complying with the cancellation policy below).
All payments should be made prior to the event and a booking will only be considered confirmed once payment has been received.
Payments for individual bookings can be taken via the event registration form.
Organisations wishing to make a corporate booking will be invoiced once the event booking form has been completed.
Cancellation, bookings and refunds
This Event is to raise funds exclusively for the Jon Egging Trust.
Except where the Jon Egging Trust, at its sole discretion, refuses a participant entry to the Event or if the Event is cancelled due to Covid-19, all Registrations Fees are non-refundable. If for any reason the Event is cancelled or postponed, please contact us for further arrangements by emailing events@joneggingtrust.org.uk
The times and dates of an event/occasion may be modified or re-scheduled, under unforeseen circumstances including, without limitation, force majeure, safety and security concerns or a decision by a governing body, television broadcaster or any other competent authority.
The Charity gives no guarantee whatsoever that the event/occasion booked shall take place, eg weather, illness or through force majeure. Should any event/occasion be cancelled for any reason whatsoever, the ticket holder will have no entitlement to any refund of monies paid to the Charity.
JET reserves the right to group smaller bookings onto one table.
Data protection
Your full name, company name, job title, email address and telephone number will be collected and stored by JET in line with its privacy policy upon registration and used to contact you with regard to this and/or other events, products and services which we believe you might be interested in based on your purchase history with us.
Your full name, company name and dietary requirements might be shared with the venue and caterers if required by them, in order to allow you to access their premises and in order to accommodate any dietary requirements you might have provided.
We may distribute delegates lists to all attendees, either soft copies or printed ones, in order to facilitate networking. These lists consist of the full name, company name and at times job title of all registered attendees, but do not include contact details such as email addresses. We don’t allow third parties to use these lists for promotional purposes.
Photographs/screenshots
We will take photographs or screenshots and they are often used for marketing purposes (e.g.: on twitter, on direct marketing emails, etc). The data that JET will collect from you will be treated in accordance to the above and to our privacy statement. This is necessary in order for you to be able to join our event and is therefore a precondition of service. Please email events@joneggingtrust.org.uk if you do not wish to be included in any photographs.
